Cup sizes are inconsistent between brands, so we work instead from measurements: the width of your chest, the width and existing volume of your breast tissue, and the quality of your skin. An implant wider than your natural breast base looks obviously artificial and can stretch tissue over time, which is why matching the implant to your frame produces the most natural outcome.
Profile matters as much as volume. Two implants of identical size can look completely different depending on whether that volume projects forward or spreads wider across the chest.
